How long will it take to process my return?
Once your package is received by us, Please allow up to 7 business days for the exchange or refund to be processed.
What is the Return Policy?
- All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
- No cash refunds, in store credit ONLY.
- You may return items to store location for exchange.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects.
- If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect in an item, please contact us.
How do I return or exchange something that I purchased?
You may bring your return or exchange to the Oakies store or you may mail the item back us.

Once we receive your item(s) we will process your request for an exchange or return. Please allow up to 7 business days form the date we receive the package for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanged item(s) has been shipped or return has been processed. Credit/debit card refunds can take 30 days to reflect on your statement.
IMPORTANT: At this time, purchases made online can be returned for online credit, in store purchases can only be returned or exchanged for in store credit.
